"Samantha was rude, disrespectful and condescending towards my wife. After being a customer for 20 years, we were not afforded a courtesy call to warn us about significant price increase in our policy. When we complained to Ashley Kennedy, she was unwilling to work with us or help lower the cost of our auto insurance. We are very disappointed with this office and would encourage especially minorities to avoid this agency."
"Hello, I understand that you're upset, and we truly regret that your experience with our office has led to this level of frustration. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that we value all of our customers and have worked diligently to serve them for many years. While we deeply regret that this situation has escalated, and there are several points that need to be addressed for clarity. It’s important to note that we have not received a payment from you since October, and the outstanding balance on your account has become substantial. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact you regarding the bill, and we have worked with you to help you understand and resolve the charges. We have no record of a call from your wife to our office to request the removal of a youthful driver from the policy. If that call had been made, we would have advised against removing the driver without proper consideration, especially since the young driver is still in college. We are always here to help, and had we received such a request, we would have discussed the best course of action for your insurance needs. After you and your wife came into the office upset, I personally called you to explain the bill and offered multiple solutions to help you manage the balance. My team and I have made every effort to be transparent and honest with you throughout this process as we do with all of our customers. I am also disheartened to read your comment regarding minorities. This is simply not in line with the values of our agency. We take great pride in serving a diverse community. While we understand that emotions run high when dealing with important matters like insurance, we ask for mutual respect and honesty in all our dealings. We are always happy to find solutions and work with our customers. We remain committed to working with you in a professional and respectful manner. - Ashlee"
